Our condo building of 3 yrs old (48 units) needs all the windows replaced. The condo association board accepted a offer from the developer, they have also picked the new windows and entered a contract for replacement. All this was handled without a Condo Association meeting or review of any sort. Does the board have the proper power to handle all settlements and contracts without any owners input or reviews? Thanks
