Condo association cuts cable TV services. Can they do that?

Question:

I live in a condominium association where the expanded basic cable has always been paid for by the association. The condominium documents indicate the service as expanded basic cable and make it a common expense to all unit owners. We have always had about 95 channels as part of this service. Give or take a few due to line up changes. Now the condo association board in attempts to save money has renegotiated the contract to save money and eliminated all but 20 channels. If I understand the Florida Statutes properly, the cable service is an appurtenance to the unit, and any material changes to the appurtenances should be put forth to unit owner vote. Anyone had any experience and/or thoughts regarding this issue?
