I live in a four unit condo building. The other four owners act as though rules do not apply to them, and they have no respect for others. We've never had a [condo association meeting](https://www.condoassociation.com/CondoAssociation/tabid/83434/Default.aspx), they've never payed [assessments](https://www.condoassociation.com/blog/tabid/19257/bid/8267/About-Condo-Association-Special-Assessments.aspx), and all are in various stages of foreclosure. We have NO money in the bank and no building insurance policy. I elected myself president. I found that the condo association corporation is not is good standing, so I attempted to file the annual report online. The website required that I type in at least three members of the board.
