I've been renting out condominium I own for years. Recently parking lot surrounding the building got very packed and the condo association issued new rules in regarding to the paring. One of the rules is to have valid license plates sticker or you will be towed. My tenant's car has been towed once her sticker was 3 days expired. Towing company charged her $170. Police in my area doesn't issue a ticket for expired license plates which are under 30 days late and their fine is smaller. Does the condo association have the right to allowing towing of the vehicles in this instance?
