Our complex is looking to ask for a 25K assessment per unit. How do people pay this type of assessment? That is a huge sum and I don't have that kind of money sitting around. It is hard enough in this economy to make my mortage payments. Do owners have to come up with the money up front even a payment plan would be hard for me? I doubt in this economic climate that some owner will be able to pay so this could be even high too.
