## What do you think? Question:

Can a [condo association](https://www.condoassociation.com/CondoAssociation/tabid/83434/Default.aspx) pay for holiday parties and picnics that not all members attend but are invited to? Is there a limit to the amount that can be spent each year?

What if the amount spent exceeds 10% of total condo expenditures for the year?
