At our annual meeting our board of directors gave our out going president a gift card and card signed from his friends in the
condo association. Most of the people in the condo were not even asked if they wanted to sign the card. We were lead to believe that these people bught this on their own. But we found out condo association money was used. Is this leagal without the whole association voting on this? Can the board spend our money like this?
