I live in condo in PA. WE have 2 bedroom that pays 95$ in HOA fees and 3 bedroom that pays $115. I just found out from HOA bylaws that we have 45/55% reallocation of percentage interest. That means it should be $95 for 2 bedroom and $133 for 3 bedroom. I asked the president of our condo to change it but she refuses because she already send a note to homeowners that they not going to increase condo fee for 2011. Can you tell me what I can do about it? Can I ask for my money back for years that we paid a wrong HOA? (HOA was arbitrary and never took account for the size difference). Thanks.
