I'm an architect in Pennsylvania, and I represent a client who recently purchased a new condo. The base building architect and engineer for the condo association is trying to charge excessive fees to review our architectural plans and also to distribute base building information such as utility loads. It has been my experience that these consultants work for the building and such be paid through reserves from the condo association? What would a fair fee be to review architectural plans for a tenant who paid millions for a condo?
