I suspect our
property management company and/or the
HOA of fraud. When I've questioned the board about certain expenditures I get blank stares. I've run for the board and then they changed the members required from 5 to 3. Any suggestions? How should I proceed? Money is being mismanaged and residents are being overcharged. We are in South Carolina.
