We own a condo in Panama City Beach. Because this is a resort area, most owners do not live on property. When the
HOA Board meets, they allow board members to dial into a bridge. The owners are not allowed to dial into the bridge to participate. Instead, the owners who are not a part of the HOA board must show up in person if they wish to know what is going on with the HOA. The meeting minutes are very skimpy without good detail . Can the HOA board be compelled to allow the owners to participate on the bridge meetings? Thank you
