I sold my condo 2 years ago to the other owner in the house (I owned 1/3, he owned 2/3 of the house, now he owns the whole house (and condo association). Recently, the town put in new water meters and gave him a bill for past water due (apparently the old water meters were not working and now the condo association has been charged for the difference). He wants me to pay 1/3 of this bill from when I lived there. I don't feel that I am responsible as I sold 2 years ago. Who is right?
