Our Florida condo association has 3 Phases and there are two sizes of condos in each phase: large and small. The large unit in one phase pays a different maintenance fee than a large unit in another Phase; same for small unit. How can we get all large units to have same maintenance fee no matter which phase it's in (and same for small unit)? [I realize it's based on percentage of ownership, but there's no reason why that percentage should vary amongst Phases other than "that's the way it was done"...there are 17 units in P1, 16 units in P2, and 10 units in P3.
