I live in a small condo with a lovely courtyard. I'm responsible for the maintenance within my courtyard and there is a large beautiful tree growing there. I've been 'informed' that the tree has been slated to be removed. I don't want the tree removed, it not only adds aesthetic value, but since my condo is all windows allows for shade for myself and many other residents. Do I have recourse?
