The bank asked our HOA for an IRS 5013c form, but we dont pay taxes.

Question:

Our HOA had to change banks and to open a new account. They asked for an IRS form 5013c. The association does not pay taxes and deposits are not put into any type of money market fund, so there is no interest income to report. What other form do you think we can use?
