My association is part of a master association. They are installing a new security system (proximity card) to replace the old key system. They do not wish to issue a card to a CPA we employ who comes by early before he goes to his office and late after he leaves his office. If we lose his services due to inconvenient access, has the MB violated their fiduciary duty to us?
