Condo association and HOA politics: Minority wants control.

Question:

I live in a condo community in Georgia. The board of directors will not allow me to come to their meetings even though I have the right to. I have asked to attend and observe what they do and say and not to intervene. We recently had a bylaws proposal that was doomed to fail from the get go. The property manager sent out a reply all email that contained a conversation between the treasurer and the president. In the conversation they speak about obstructionists (myself and another member) and what they will have to do in order to overturn the votes in order to win. What can I do? These people have no respect for rules or voting. They call every meeting an executive session in order to exclude members from obtaining minutes or allowing members to come to the meetings. I really feel that these people need to be observed and more importantly, something needs to be done about them but I don't know what I can do. Before you shell out the "simply get a new board speech", The apathy and the larger minority have been in control here for nearly 10 years. All my minority can manage to do is block them from stealing our By-Laws without proper consent (yes they did it and yes we stopped them). We can't get anyone from our camp on the board. We lose 40 something to 20 something every time.
