My condo association hired a landscaping company to do its thing and that required a dumpster. The dumpster was parked where the association often parks a dumpster for members to use. There was no signage on the dumpster stating that it was for private use or not to use it. My neighbor had me throw her old mattress in the dumpster. The landscape company took the mattress out and put it beside the dumpster. Now the property manager is threatening to fine us and charge us for disposing of the mattress. who is responsible and who did wrong? I did remove the mattress as soon as I was informed.
