We have some owners who refuse to comply with requests even though they are required in our bi-laws and condo docs; such as supplying a copy of your personal property insurance coverage, tenant lease agreements, etc. What are some ideas of penalties or enforcement language that has worked in the past for all of you who have experienced the same that we can amend our docs to include?
