My condo association doesn't fix anything at my condo. There are no meetings, no officers and no financial statements. I am one of about 24 unit owners the other 200 units are rentals. A big chunk of my cement fell off my balcony yesterday and my front door awning is totally broken. A lawyer told me that I ccould get a "demand" letter to have them do this but I can't afford a lawyer. Can I write this letter myself?
