My husband and I were the 1st to move into this association in Ohio. I am not on the deed to the house, my husband I don't have any issues with this but some members of our association now have a problem (after 10 years) with me being involved with the association and that I'm the treasurer of the board. Do they have the right to insist that I not be involved with association business or the board for that matter. The state of Ohio recognizes me as owner if he dies or we get divorced, so does the County Auditors office and so on. We are putting me on the deed but it will take 30 days to complete and these few home owners are to say the least not nice. Looking for advice for right now.
