Can parking be enforceable in a condo association?

Question:

In my association we all have two car garages. We are suppose to park in our garages. I have been parking my cars outside for the last seven months with no issue,(garage is full)... other neighbors have parked outside for longer lengths of time, now I am getting harassed by the board that my autos have to be parked in the garage. Is this enforceable?
