I am the President of our Condo Association and I have an issue with our upcoming elections. In our next election none of the incumbents will be running for office. We currently only have two people in the running for President and Vice President. No one has stepped up to run for Treasurer or Secretary. What is the procedure in a case like this? Do we have to contract someone from the outside to do these tasks? Please help if you can. Thank you.
