Property management company not responding to owners request

I have been getting the run around from my property management company.  I am the unit owner and there is damage to my ceiling. The association decided to go with a new management company who have ignored my calls and not wanted to repair it.  I read the bylaws and it should be covered.  Do you have a sample letter form that I can use to send to the company?  Thank you.
