I live in a High-Rise Condominium and currently the Condominium charges a fee for the use of the Community Party Room. My question is: Is it fair to charge a fee to use the Party Room? Some unit owners say that no fee should be charged to use the party room. I appreciate your feedback on this issue. Thank you.
