Our part-time handyman, retired and now our President has taken on the job himself and gets all benefits and pay as retired handyman. There was no notification to home owners. I know for a fact there were 3 applications presented to the association to fill the vacancy, but President never mentioned to anyone. Is it legal for a President to fill the position without all the owners voting. My feeling either be President or handyman NOT both.
