Newcastle Homeowners Association has successfully used our [**Demand Notification Letter**](https://www.condoassociation.com/collection-tools-/association-demand-letters/tabid/86388/Default.aspx) and [**Collections Notice Service**](https://www.condoassociation.com/collection-tools-/3rd-party-collections-demand-letter/tabid/86389/Default.aspx) to quickly remedy [**delinquent assessment fees**](https://www.condoassociation.com/collection-tools-/collection-letters/tabid/86391/Default.aspx) for over **$10,000.**

Delinquent homeowners were in arrears to the association for over 6 months.  Newcastle purchased our [**collection letters online with a credit card for $120**](https://www.condoassociation.com/collection-tools-/pricing-and-payment-options/tabid/86392/Default.aspx).  Both Demand Notification Letters and Collections Notices were generated and sent certified mail to the delinquent owner in 3 business days. 

After receiving the collection letters, the condo owners hastily contacted the Association and paid off their delinquent condo fee debts.
