We own a condo and the new board president is trying to tell us what we can and can not do on our own patio. She is telling us that we can not have hanging plants etc. I thought that our patio is an extension of our private property as we must maintain ourselves. Our ccr's state that we must maintain uniform conformity. I can understand that for balconies but our patios? We do not have anything hanging over the fence line and tha hanging plants are set back away from the edge of the fence. Help,we feel we are really living in our private home while on our patio.
