In California, the so call doctors are writing out script for people to smoke pot for certain problems - they say they have hang nails and it hurts, don't you know- anyway the Feds, State and city's all have different views on this law or code- any suggestion for HOA that are caught between a rock and a wall on this - people are smoking this in common area in front of family's with kids- the police are called in to keep peace and some police arrest residences with notes from Doctors and others are told to stop - owners who rent do not want smoking in unit so these people light up bongs in common areas - any comments?
