Tennessee state laws about dangerous dogs?

Question:

Anyone out there up to speed on Tennessee state laws concerning dangerous dogs? I've been informed that once a dog injures someone (which is the case in our condo complex), it is TN state law that a sign must be placed to warn visitors and residents--as in Beware of the Dog--until action can be taken. I need to know where to find the laws online, because the lawyer I've hired doesn't seem to recognize this law about placing a sign.
