I'm at 701 king street west Toronto Ontario, I recently saw water damage in my storage unit, which I rent at the summit in their basement. I have items that were damaged by the water crack found above my storage unit. I supplied photos of the damage and also of the items that were damaged. I was told by email today to open my own insurance policy to cover he cost of my items. I think this is the summits responsibility, since it is rented space. Please guide me on how I can prove my case since they always try to adjust to least responsibility.
