I live in a 52 duplex style complex . All units are the same color , and there are three different designs. About half the units have the mosquito beater screens on the 2 car garage doors . The screens are tan to match the building .
One owner decided he wanted a white screen , it’s so ugly and sticks out like a sore thumb! Is the board capable of making him remove it ? Our new board is overly strict; I can’t even plant a single geranium without written permission !
