My air conditioning unit, to my understanding, is something I buy. Yet I one day I found, outside my condo, the insulation, which covered my air conditioning cord  filed!

I mentioned this to an attorney, in passing, and he didn't sound shocked! I mentioned to another attorney, in passing, and she said a condo that she as selling, she found the entire air conditioning unit as gone!

Since when, at a condo building, is something I have to purchase allowed for others to damage?
