I live in a condo that has underground propane tanks behind my unit. The tanks are humming now loud enough that it emits into my unit. I want to sell my unit but nobody will be interested in buying a condo that hums. I have already contacted the Board and nothing will be done. Also contacted Propane Company and they don't believe me, Apparently propane tanks do not hum. Probably because it would be a big problem and cost so easier to ignore. Not sure what to do....I am stuck. Is there anything I can do?
