What are my rights to smoke inside my condo unit?

Question:

As an owner of condo for 28 years and cigarette smoker inside condo, a new owner moved across the hall 2 years ago and now wants the board to forbid smoking in condo units (inside and outside of buildings). I do not smoke in the common hallways - just inside owned condo and outside away from building. There are no by-laws, rules or regs, documents amendments stating this. How can this process proceed, the Board is unaware of how to do this. Would I be reconsidered "Grandfathered in" and would it apply to new condo units only? Per the Condo Act, State of New Hampshire, where I reside the only laws stated are directed to public areas re: restaurants, etc having to be 15' away from their public building. I am not interested on hearing 'stop smoking' bashing. I am 65 years old and not once heard a complaint until now. In my condo, I do have a large Heppa Air cleaner, air purifier that runs continuously. What are my rights as a condo owner?
