What are the rules for security cameras if they are installed on the grounds of the property?
Since every homeowner paid for the installation does every homeowner have rights to get access to the cameras?
In our community nobody has access to the cameras even when a vandalism happen. Not all the property is being under security cameras protection and nobody is watching. What are the rules and what can be done to have an access to the cameras for every homeowner?
