What can be done about board members violating Florida state statutes repeatedly? If they are reported, then the state takes over the association and this is not wanted. They also continue to violate the Rules and Regs in the HOA while chastising others. There is no state board for HOAs as in Condominiums. Between a rock and a hard place as to what to do. Advice, please!
