What can I do? Neighbor has scents that are bothersome!


Question:

This question is submitted by Laurel A. Columbus, OH. 

I have terrible chemical sensitivities. My neighbor's dryer vent is 1' away from my back patio door, and when she does her laundry the smell of her dryer sheets permeates the entire condo, especially the basement. Is there anything I can do? Anything to stop the smell or neutralize the smell especially in my basement? The smell makes me want to vomit. Thanks!
