What if condo board votes in secret without all members?

Question:

If 3/4 of the trustees have secret meetings and votes, deliberately excluding the 1/4 of the trustees, does the 1/4 of trusteea have any recourse in outcome? What if there were financial costs and possible assessments? Or, violations of the Trust agreement? There are only 4 owners (1 Trustee per unit) so there cannot be any way to get anyone else on board.
