What percentage of Townhouse/Condo residents don't have an H06 Policy?


Question:

This question is submitted by John E. out of Minnesota

What percentage of Townhouse/Condo residents DO NOT HAVE an H06 Policy? We are a small (24-unit) Association. We think all residents (elderly) have H06 Policies but do not know for sure. Without an H06 liabilities could exceed $26K. Attempting to put a document together to reinforce the need. Thanks for your help!
