I have some concerns about our condo association, I have never received notification of any meetings, never received a financial report. I am told that the head of the condo association owns many of the condos here and he seems to pay less for the condos than I did for mine. What is the accountability of a condo association, aren't there supposed to be elections for the offices? I only pay $120 per month condo fees, but wonder if all the rented condos owned by the association head pay the same? We have no communication with the association.
