Where do disabled and elderly park their cars?

Question:

Please help me with your advice, I live in a condominium. There is extra parking space in the parking lot.  Condo management put only one sign in my parking lot saying visitors parking only.  Meanwhile at the entrance it no visitors parking. I like if people with disabilities and elderly parking is allowed.
