I am a property manager that has a background in brokerage with a growing list of management clients, some single condos and a couple smaller <10 unit associations. Im looking for some more advanced training and resources to insure that I am conducting role properly. Specifically I would like to learn more about common liabilities that I may be exposed to, and how to create efficiency within the operations of each HOA. Simply put, I have no formal training with PM, but with about 20 clients and growing, I need to invest in my skills further. If it helps, I'm in the Boston, MA marketplace.
