Where do we post association meeting minutes?

I live in a building in Santa Monica, CA and we have a garage bulletin where we have been posting our minutes. Am I supposed post the minutes by LAW or just out of courtesy. We have a lot of renters in our building who have no business knowing our decisions. We do have a website where every homeowner if they wishes to go on the website to get the minutes. Many thanks.
