My unit is part of 90 unit condo association. The units are a total 980sq/ft each. My question deals with installing a solar tube and or skylight in my unit. All the units share a common flat roof. The solar rights law in Florida has phohibited the restriction of solar equipment in condo and HOA's. I am trying to find HOA's who have embraced this and have ongoing projects allowing Skylights and/or Solar Panels installed on flat roofs.
