Who supersedes the condo board? Also who supersedes the management company? I'm open to listen to people from other states about their state. I live in Michigan, and I don't see any recourse when the condo board, and management company do things illegal (fraud included), unethical, bully me, and do other harassing matters. (I get the feeling the condo president is in the "I'll employ you as the management company, if you do as I say!") I have to pay the monthly association fee, and extremely little is done at my address. (Example: Grass was grown on my property once in over 10 years!
