A unit owner in our condo association filed bankruptcy. Now we do not know who is responsible for the unit. No condo fees received since unit owner walked away. We know there is a mortgage.
The recorder of deeds and real property tax database still show unit owner's name that walked away. How do we find out the name of the mortgage company on this property?
