My unit has a 25'deck and a small storage shed on one end. I believe this is considered limited common area. As the building is 50 years old, the shed is rotting & small animals are getting in. The deck was covered with mold, moss & had weeds growing between boards. The property management states the repair & maintenance for both are the responsibility of unit owners. I asked where I could confirm that in the documents & was told it was not in the documents, but rather a "policy". Having lived in another condo previously & served on that BOD for 10 years, this was a shock. We always maintained decks. Help!
