We are in a condo with a 3 ft. crawl space (below grade) under it. We discovered a crack in one of the exterior walls of the crawl space. When it rains, water leaks in.
The condo association says that since this is in our unit it is considered an interior wall and it is our responsibility to repair it.
Is this correct?
