title: Why can't we use our roof-deck for private event?
description: Our condo building told us we can not throw a private party on our roof-deck which is common space. However we can not find rule documenting this in bylaws or CCRs.  Seems we pay and should be able to use it.

## What do you think? Question:

Our condo building told us we can not throw a private party on our roof-deck which is common space. However we can not find rule documenting this in bylaws or CCRs.  Seems we pay and should be able to use it.  How would you handle this?  New York.
